What are the benefits of partnering with a Virtual Assistant?Flexible and scalable - A Virtual Assistant is able to work with you and your needs depending on your business operations, meaning we can work with you as and when required. No employee related on-costs - A Virtual Assistant is responsible for their own superannuation, tax, insurances, overheads and workspace, meaning you don't need to worry about these additional on-costs as you would if you were hiring an employee. You also don't need to worry about annual leave, sick leave or the National Employment Standards when partnering with a Virtual Assistant, due to the nature of the Independent Contractor relationship. Provides own equipment and workspace - A Virtual Assistant sets them self up with their own necessary equipment to complete a required job/task e.g. laptop, phone etc. They also usually work from home, or another dedicated workspace outside of your business, meaning you don't need to worry about setting a Virtual Assistant up to perform the job - they will have this covered. Skilled and experienced - A Virtual Assistant is an expert in their service offering, usually with years of experience and qualifications required for that service. They are the best person to bring into your business as you can be rest assured they have the attributes needed to fulfil the required job (and the passion for it too!). Focused on generating outcomes for YOU - A Virtual Assistant has entered into an agreement with you and your business to complete the required job/task and generate the outcomes you have requested and discussed.
